There is something about this time of year that inspires me. Im typically not someone who loves to cook, eat yes, cook no. But this time of year Im excited to try some new stuff on the grill and Smoker ( Big Green Egg). Today I took a whole chicken and rubbed it with my Sisters Sticky Chicky rub and stuck it on the smoker for a couple of hours, then finished in the oven to keep in the moisture. Side dishes included home-make scalloped potatoes with Chives, Bag Salad and Garlic Bread.
