Cheesey Garlic Biscuits
2 c. Bisquick 1/4 c. Melted Butter
2/3 c. Milk 1/4 tsp. Garlic or Garlic Powder
1/2 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1/4 tsp. Parsley
Preheat oven to 450. Mix baking mix, milk, and cheese until soft dough forms; beat vigorously for 30 seconds by hand. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min. or until golden brown. Mix butter, garlic and parsley; brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm.

Jen’s Dry Rib Rub
3 T Paprika 1 Tsp Ground Oregano
2 Tsp Seasoned Salt 1 Tsp Dry Mustard
2 Tsp Black Pepper 1/2 Tsp Chili Powder
2 Tsp Garlic Powder 1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper
Combine All ingredients- Apply to meat prior to smoking. Works on Ribs, Pork and Brisket.
I tend to double or triple this recipe so I have extra around.

Jen’s Sweet Sauce
8 oz Tomato Sauce 1/2 C Spicy Honey Mustard
1 C Catchup 1 C Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 C Worchestershire 2 TBS Hot Sauce
1 TBS Lemon Juice 1/4 C Margarine or Butter
1 TBS Paparika 1/2 C Brown Sugar
1 TBS Fresh Chopped Garlic 1 TBS Seasoned Salt
1/8 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper 1/8 Tsp Chili Powder
1/8 Tsp Black Pepper 1/2 Tsp Liquid Smoke (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan- bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
